- About this portal
This is a closed ordering portal for Xtreme Fitness Gyms staff kit. It is operated by Piston Design Ltd on behalf of Reebok Teamsports, for use by Xtreme Fitness Gyms owned clubs and franchisees. Access is by invitation and login only.
2. What we collect
We collect the details needed to run your account and your orders: your name, gym or club name, work email address, phone number, delivery address, order history and login details. If you pay by card, payment is handled by our payment provider and we do not store your full card details. We also collect basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and cookie data, to keep the portal secure and working properly.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to create and manage your login, process and deliver orders, invoice owned clubs, take payment from franchisees, send order confirmations and answer support requests. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you or your gym, and our legitimate interest in running a secure ordering service.
4. Who we share it with
Your order details are shared with Reebok Teamsports to fulfil and deliver orders, and with Xtreme Fitness Gyms for account management and invoicing. We also use trusted providers for hosting, payments and delivery. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account details while your login is active, and order and invoice records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
6. Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a copy. To make a request, email blp@pistondesign.co.uk. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or UODO in Poland.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and your basket working, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
