General

Who can use the portal

The portal is for authorised Xtreme Fitness Gyms owned clubs and franchisees only. Keep your login details private and do not share your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Placing an order

Choose your products, sizes and quantities, then check out. You will get an email confirmation once your order is received. An order is accepted once it is confirmed by Reebok Teamsports.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the portal and may change before an order is placed. Owned clubs order on account and are invoiced centrally. Franchisees pay by card at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address on your account. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with stock and personalisation. Please check deliveries on arrival and report any problem within 7 days.

Returns and faulty items

Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Personalised or made to order items cannot be returned unless faulty. To arrange a return, contact support.

Product information

We aim to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but small differences can occur on screen.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page.
